According to the Standing Rules about half of the presbytery's sessions summit thier records for review at the spring stated meeting and the rest at the fall stated meeting. The Committee on Leaves of Absences and Sessional Records (LASR) maintains the submission schedule. Copies of sessional records are due to the LASR committee three months prior to the stated meeting at which the official hardcopies are due for final review.
